Please note: Candidates referred by recruitment firms may have additional interview rounds before speaking with anyone from Potomac and typically will complete an online assessment.

  • Prepare questions – At every step, we want our conversation to be a two-way street. We have questions prepared to get to know you, but we also want you to become familiar with us. Showcase your preparation while learning about your potential role and career path at our company, our mission, team member experiences, and our values and goals.   • Be introspective – Identify the type of culture and company that you want to work for. Our company is not for everyone, and that’s ok.
  • Practice – Prepare succinct, straightforward, and authentic answers to common interview questions (i.e. behavioral, personal, ethical, and informational), and practice answering a variety of case interview questions (using a structured, logical, thought process and sense of conviction) so that you can put your best foot forward on interview day!
